Abdominal Healing Massage


​Abdominal Healing Massage combines traditional Māori massage and healing techniques, shamanic ritual, and Energy Healing to support healing of the reproductive area. ​​This service is suitable for any gender. 

These natural techniques support the release energetic blockages, promote blood flow, heal emotional and intergenerational trauma, and help foster positive connection to the reproductive area. The massage is non-invasive and works in harmony with the body, mind and spirit to support the natural healing process.

Abdominal Healing can be beneficial for: 
- Emotional healing and release from past pain and trauma
- Pelvic muscle tension and pelvic pain
- Digestive discomfort and pain
- Libido and connection to the reproductive area
- Fertility, infertility and conception preparation
​What to expect: 
- All sessions begin with a consultation. 
- Karakia (opening and closing prayer). Spraying of Wai-tai (blessed ocean water) for cleansing and protection. 
- Massage of the abdomen, back, hips and feet.
- Rākau (wooden healing wand) is used and Kōhatu (warm stones) during cooler months.  
- Energy healing using hand-on and hands-off techniques. ​
